[00:00]: I consider us a complete A to Z type shipping company. A customer calls in,
[00:06]: they will give us basically the item and where they want it delivered to, and then we will
[00:10]: research that item and we will come back with a quote to say, "Hey, it's going to cost you
[00:15]: this amount to get it from point A to point B." Then we kind of take over. We take care of basically
[00:21]: everything. Make it easier for them, less stressful for them. I just tell them,
[00:28]: "Hey, sit back, relax. I'll make all the phone calls for you. I'll do all the connections.
[00:32]: Next time you hear from me, we will be picking up your item and heading your way with it."
[00:37]: I'd say probably the one thing about it is when you call in and you talk to us,
[00:40]: you're talking to a person. We're going to do everything for you from A to Z.
[00:44]: And we're trying to keep both customers happy because the buyer and the seller are both our
[00:48]: customers. So we want that relationship to be good and smooth.
[00:53]: So we're really conscious about how we treat everybody and how everybody is treated fairly.
[00:58]: I've got a good bunch of people that care, and we're just trying to do the best we can for our customers.
